Submit Compensation Claim
Secure online compensation claim application for eligible victims.
Online Claim Application Process
The UNFIVCC secure online application platform is designed to be accessible, transparent, and efficient. It allows qualified victims, impacted businesses, and authorized representatives to submit formal applications for financial assistance related to verified financial crimes and investment-related losses. The secure compensation claim form is organized into four sequential blocks:
1. Personal Information
Applicants must provide accurate identity parameters to establish legal standing and eligibility:
- Full Legal Identity: Full legal name for individuals or registered legal entity name for commercial organizations.
- Contact Information: Verified physical residential or business addresses, secure emails, and telephone numbers.
- Verification Metrics: Official government-issued identification or organizational registration data.
- Proxy Authorization: Valid legal authorization or power of attorney files if a proxy is acting on behalf of a victim.
2. Case Details
This section establishes the direct context of the incident and the scope of the economic exploitation for the review team:
- A clear description of the specific financial crime, fraudulent scheme, or investment misconduct.
- The exact date and geographic location connected to the financial loss incident.
- The complete identification of all parties involved and the precise net amount of the financial loss.
- A summary of previous reports or legal actions taken, including external reference numbers.
3. Supporting Documents
Claimants must upload concrete documentation that explicitly corroborates the application details:
- Contract Documents: Signed investment agreements, client disclosures, or relevant contracts.
- Payment Confirmations: Definitive proof of payments, bank wire transfer records, or electronic receipts.
- Financial History: Certified bank records or associated financial data clearly mapping the economic harm.
- Official Correspondence: Local police files, regulatory complaints, communication logs, or legal documents.
4. Declaration & Confirmation
Before final portal transmission, applicants are required to complete a formal declaration validating their submission:
- Confirms that all personal and case information provided is completely truthful and accurate.
- Certifies that all attached supporting files and evidentiary documents are genuine and unedited.
- Agrees to cooperate fully with any background reviews, interviews, or additional verification requirements.
Secure & Transparent Claim Processing
All submitted files pass into a structured assessment pipeline governed by strict data protection guidelines:
[Portal Submission] ➔ [Eligibility Verification] ➔ [Document Assessment] ➔ [Final Determination]
The submission of an application does not guarantee compensation. Each case undergoes individual evaluation and final decisions are based entirely on verified evidence, established criteria, and the baseline availability of capital inside the Fund resources.
