2. Upload Supporting Evidence
The reporting platform allows users to securely provide documents and evidence that may assist with review and assessment.
Supporting materials may include:
- Investment agreements or contracts.
- Payment records and transaction documents.
- Bank statements or financial records.
- Emails, messages, or correspondence.
- Screenshots and other relevant evidence.
Providing complete documentation helps facilitate a more efficient review process.
3. Attach Police Reports & Official Documents
Where applicable, victims or representatives may attach official reports and supporting documents from relevant authorities, including:
- Police reports.
- Regulatory complaints.
- Court documents.
- Investigation records.
- Other official correspondence.
These documents may assist in verifying reported incidents and understanding the circumstances surrounding the financial loss.
4. Receive a Reference Number
After successfully submitting a report, the system will generate a unique reference number.
The reference number allows users to:
- Confirm submission of their report.
- Track communications related to their case.
- Refer to their submission during future inquiries.
- Maintain a record of their report with UNFIVCC.
Submission & Evidence Upload Requirements
- Accurate profiles of the incident, including the specific parties involved and the relevant circumstances.
- A clear narrative detailing the exact nature and timeline of the financial exploitation.
- Comprehensive reporting of the total financial impact and net loss suffered.
- Signed investment agreements, financial policies, or asset contracts.
- Explicit proof of payments, bank wire receipts, and official transaction documents.
- Certified bank statements, digital ledger outflows, or corporate financial records.
- Direct communication records, including relevant emails, message histories, or screenshots.
- Official police reports or filed local law enforcement complaints.
- Regulatory complaints submitted to consumer protection or financial oversight bodies.
- Filed court documents, legal judgments, or formal legal correspondence.
